Challenge #125-Birthdays at Kitty Bee Designs

Welcome! Aloha Friday Challenge #125 is Birthdays at Kitty Bee Designs! We would like to thank our sponsors-

and

Here is my project-

I don't know what possessed me, but I decided to paper piece this image. After printing the image on five different papers, I fussy cut the pieces and glued them to the main image on the cloud paper. The banner from Taylored Expressions looks so nice on the balloon, and I pop dotted it for dimension. Here are the materials I used to make this card-
  1. Image: SND Bear Balloon (Scrap N' Dipity-not in store, but contact them if interested).
  2. Paper: scraps from stash for paper pieced image, cloud paper (Unknown).
  3. Stamp & Die set: sentiment, banner (Taylored Expressions-Fancy Banner 1), colored with Copics.
Enter our challenge for your chance to win wonderful images from our sponsors!

Black & White

The challenge at Dies R Us is Black & White-no color! This is my project-

The dies I used are Memory Box Stitched Rectangles for the gatefold piece, and Anna Griffin Flower Bramble for the card overlay. The paper is Neenah Solar white and Michaels black cardstock, and the flower is from my stash. I have not put a sentiment on it yet because this can be used for a lot of occasions-sympathy, birthday, thank you, etc.

Thanks for visiting!

J is for Junk!

This time, the challenge is J for Junk at Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers! Here is my project-

See that earring in front of the card? I took all the danglies and put them on my card!  I glued the rhinestone portion of the danglies to the cardstock, but hooked up the jump rings through the die cuts for some interest. The die plates are from Birch Press, and the sentiment is from Unity Stamp Co. Great way to recycle this lonely earring!
