And here is my project:

I'm trying to work on Christmas cards-at least once or twice a month. And when I saw this image at Dr. Digi's, I knew I had to make this for my sister-she rides a Harley! The shiny on my card is both the background paper and the ribbon. Here are the materials I used to make this card-

1. Image: Harley Claus (Dr. Digi's) , colored with Copics.
2. Stamps: sentiments (Mama Elephant, Santa's Sleigh).
3. Paper: striped glitter paper (gcd Studio).
4. Ribbon: blue narrow ribbon (Michaels).

April DT post for Kitty Bee Designs

Hello! Today is my Spotlight day at Kitty Bee Designs, and here is my project-

I just adore the Kitty Bee cows-aren't they just too cute? They are just wonderful images for any occasion! I saw a tutorial on Jennifer McGuires blog about ribbon slider cards here, and decided to try one out. Here is what I used to make this card-

1. Image: Cow with Daisy (Kitty Bee Designs), colored with Copics.
2. Die: circle (My Favorite Things).
3. Paper: patterned paper (GCD Studios-Special Delivery).
4. Stamps: "pull here" by Lawn Fawn.
5. Other: ribbon (Offray).

SoSS Challenge #132 - K is for Karma

 OMG! I love Karma, because if you are lucky enough, you get to watch the recipients just rewards! So I made this card for the challenge-

 The sentiments are computer generated with a font called "Hurry Up". The women are Helen and Alice from Riley & Co. I've gotten a lot of mileage out of that stamp. I added some blue cardstock triangles to the corner, put it all on a premaid card blank (I forget who made it) and giggled away!

SoSS-U is for Unicorn

SOSS #131 U for Unicorn

"If it wasn't for the last minute, nothing would ever get done."

Truer words were never spoken. I've had this idea for a card for two weeks (since the SoSS challenge has been posted), and I've just now gotten this card done, and here it is-

I saw this on a t-shirt, and loved it. Here are the materials I made this card out of-

1. Stamps: cat, mice (W plus 9, Get Well Gang), Memento Black ink.
2. Sentiments: computer generated
3. Paper: patterned paper (Studio Calico Snippets collection 6 x6).
4. Other: green & white bakers twine, green sequins.

I hope to be more on the ball and join in more challenges this year!
