The challenge at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers is-
and to make a card that features an animal! Several ways you can interpret that, and here is mine-
I have a sister who is Vegan, who I would give this to-but not my friend who raises cattle! A very simple card, the sentiment is by A Muse Studio, the cow a Cricut cut, and some OLD paper that is in the unknown pile. I need to think something up that's snarky for the inside, like "Since cows are vegan, and I eat cows, I'm a vegan too!". Or something like that.
Now I know you all can do a lot better than I did-so get busy and join the challenge!

Kitty Bee Spotlight-December
Hello! Today is my Spotlight day at Kitty Bee Designs, and I want to share with you this adorable image, from the Etsy store-
This is the Santa Kal-Bee Digital Christmas Cow, and isn't he just the cutest little guy? I colored him with my Copics, and added Amplify by Neon for the "fur" (it's a liquid that "puffs" up when hit with a heat gun). The image was cut with a Little B die, and the Lawn Fawn Winter Scripty Stamps (& dies) are the perfect sentiment. The paper is from My Mind's Eye Brown Paper Bag Christmas stack. The red ink on the sentiment is Candied Apple Distress Oxide.

Industrial Tree
The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers always have great and unusual challenges, and I'm playing along this week because I struggle with Steampunk!
SoSS #98 - I is for Industrial
Here is my project-
This card came together pretty quickly because it's a hodge podge of items that I made while learning new techniques. The background paper was done with Distress Inks and Deco foil over a Tim Holtz embossing folder, and I sure hope I kept the tutorial on it! The gears on the tree are paper clay that I used in a silicone mold (Mod Podge-I got it at Michaels) and spray painted gold. The clock is a Spellbinders die, and computer generated sentiment.
What can improve my Steampunkiness/Industrial vibe? Please let me know!

Challenge #109 Aloha Fridays-Anything Goes/ Optional Twist: Christmas
Welcome to Aloha Fridays Challenge #109-Anything Goes/ Optional Twist: Christmas! You can make anything you want, with the option of making something to do with Christmas.
Here is my project-
Did you know that Kaboodle Bug Designs has SVG files? Me neither! This cute & adorable Christmas Cow is so darn easy to make! I have a friend who raises Murray Grey cattle, and I always try to find or make a Christmas cow card. This cut file made it easy to leave off the spots, because Murray Greys are either solid black, dun, or silver. Besides the cow cut file, here are other components of this card-

This cut file made it easy to leave off the spots, because Murray Greys are either solid black, dun, or silver. Besides the cow cut file, here are other components of this card-
- Cardstock: green, red, holly (Michaels Recollection 2016), pink, vellum from my stash.
- Stamps: Winter Big Scripty Words (& matching dies-Lawn Fawn), Lucky Clover Distress Oxide ink.
- Other: 3mm white foam.
