JAS Accordion Card Challenge

At Just A Scrappin', the Design Team was challenged to make an Accordion card. Here's my Project-

The way this card was made was by looking for tutorials on the internet. This one I found at Scor-Pal, but I had to re-figure the math!
Here is the steps-

  1. Make base of card, cutting 4 1/4" x 11". Score the  folds at 1 1/2", 3", 5 1/2", and 8". Don't fold yet!
  2. Cut designer paper at following measurements: first panel is 1 1/4" x 4", second panel is 2 1/4" x 4", and third panel is 2 3/4" x 4".
  3. Attach dp to panels as shown. Now you can fold the card.
  4. Decorate as you wish! I used scraps of dp, and Unity Stamp Co. stamp set KOTM May 2012. I used red Studio G ink with ivory cardstock. To make a belly band you will need a piece of dp 1" x 7". I added a rhinestone flower to mine.
I hope you like it!
